Our platform allows you to add as many "client" records as you would like. You can add clients regardless if you will be ordering fulfillment services for them. The main goal of the client center is to allow you to assign costs associated to your client so you can track the overall value you receive on a monthly basis from them. Creating a client is important though to assign fulfillment services and associate to our agency toolbox tools.
Here is the steps to add a new client in your account:
1. Click on Client Center Tab
2. Click on "Add Your First Client"
3. Add your client information
4. Hit "Add New Client"
Once you submit the information the page will dynamically update to show your new client. You can then click on the row to view more details about the client and add custom services.
